With over two decades of experience developing and deploying solutions from government,corporations to healthcare; Adron has built a career at the intersection of operational necessity and cutting-edge innovation.

    Serving as a Cybersecurity Architect Engineer, the objective is to develop solutions aligning business and operational needs to technology. His expertise spans the evolution of the modern threat landscape, from early machine learning and AI integration, to his current work in healthcare cybersecurity engineering and Quantum Technologies. Having defended complex ecosystems against persistent, real-world threats, Adron brings a battle-tested perspective to the shift toward Quantum-Safe environments.

    As a technology professional and a Leading Cyber Security Architect Engineer for multiple environments, he delivers a proven track record of success deploying comprehensive integrated technology solutions and ecosystems; enabling threat detection at machine speed. Adron specializes in giving organizations an exhaustive understanding of their attack surface and the true efficacy of their security controls.

    Beyond his architectural work, Adron is the Founder of the Quantum Advancements for Healthcare Consortium (QAHC). He is dedicated to a singular mission: evolving healthcare technology to improve patient outcomes, while ensuring the next generation of medical breakthroughs is built on a foundation of absolute security.

As a veteran executive and consultant for multiple technology startups, David specializes in the critical transition of scaling abstract concepts into viable, high-growth business models. His expertise lies in "idea-to-practicality" execution—ensuring that cutting-edge innovation remains grounded in operational reality.

    As the founder of Lyte Speed Pro and a recognized leader in the logistics arena, David brings decades of experience managing high-complexity operations and aggregated teams with over 60 years of technical expertise. A specialist in the intersection of Web3 and emerging technologies, he has successfully steered organizations through the rapid evolution of the digital landscape. His tenure as CTO and CEO has focused on the practical application of advanced technology—moving beyond conceptual frameworks to build globally recognized platforms like MoveLogic Pro.

    David's unique ability to synthesize logistics-based operational needs with scalable technological architecture makes him an invaluable lead for the Quantum Drone Swarm AI project. His leadership in the founder community was solidified by his selection as one of the top 25 founders of 2025 by Founder Square. This multidisciplinary background—spanning logistics, climate tech, and healthcare innovation—ensures a holistic, battle-tested approach to the deployment of autonomous systems in complex environments.

    Charles Mance, PhD, is a technology executive, founder, and board-level leader with more than two decades of experience guiding organizations through digital transformation, risk management, and enterprise technology modernization. He has served in senior executive and CIO roles across higher education and global enterprises, including The George Washington University, the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education (PASSHE), Bayer, and Respironics, where he led large-scale infrastructure, security, and governance initiatives with measurable financial and operational impact.

    As a founder and strategic advisor, Charles brings deep expertise in identity and access management, cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, global communications networks, and business continuity. He has successfully overseen mergers and acquisitions, turned underperforming business units into profitable operations, and established governance frameworks that align technology investment with organizational strategy. He holds a Doctor of Science in Information Systems and Communications and is a published author and former adjunct faculty member in cybersecurity and project management.

    Mark Publow is a 30+ year veteran in NGO and nonprofit executive and project management, including roles in public health, emergency response, and humanitarian projects in 18 countries in Africa and 36 countries globally. He has led and managed over $1 billion in nonprofit funding, including extensive experience in grants, contracts, institutional funding, and individual philanthropic support. He holds an MBA in strategic management, has authored capacity-building publications for nonprofits, and has led several nonprofit coalitions and associations.

    Director of International Relations

    Nega Gebreyesus, PhD, is a technology founder and senior program leader with over 25 years of experience building and scaling enterprise and mission-critical systems across the public and private sectors. He has founded and led technology ventures delivering AI-driven, data-centric solutions in areas including digital health, enterprise IT, and intelligent automation. Earlier in his career, he founded a software company in Maryland that developed optimization and surface-mount technology (SMT) line monitoring solutions for global electronics manufacturers, serving clients such as Intel, Fuji Machines (Japan), Ericsson, and Motorola.

    Nega has led large-scale digital platforms and analytics initiatives for U.S. federal agencies and international programs deployed in more than 30 countries. With deep expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering, and applied AI for health, security, and agriculture, he brings a rare ability to translate complex technology into scalable, real-world impact. He holds a Doctor of Science in IT and Communications and is also an experienced educator, having served as a university lecturer and adjunct professor at multiple institutions.

    Mr. Jai Singh Arun is an entrepreneurial executive with over 27 years of experience, working with IBM for 21 years and 6 years with Unisys, Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, and a start-up organization Diablo Technologies.

    Mr. Arun is currently spearheading global business strategy, product management, engineering, and go-to-market execution for IBM Quantum Safe technologies. He is an internationally recognized subject matter expert on emerging technologies and an author for “Becoming Quantum Safe” and “Blockchain for Business” books.

    He earned an MBA degree from University North Carolina, Chapel Hill, NC, USA; MS in Computer Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai, India; BS in Computer Science from National Institute of Technology, Bhopal, India. Mr. Arun also received executive leadership education from Harvard Business School.

    He is a Certified Chief Information Security Officer (CCISO) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Project Manager (PMP), Certified in Cybersecurity (CC).
